Duties
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Perform door hanging and flooring installation with precision.
- Must have experience remolding
- Lay tile as required for various installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a solid understanding of carpentry techniques.
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical
- Strong skills in masonry work, remodeling, installation, door hanging, flooring installation, schematics reading, and tile laying.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations
We are seeking an experienced home remodler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and remodeling tasks, demonstrating a strong ability to work with hand tools and equipment. This role involves building, restoring, and remodeling structures while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Builder will be responsible for completing projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. Must have an active driver's license and own your own vehicle. All associates will be drug tested.
Responsibilities
- Construct, remodel, and restore residential and commercial properties according to project specifications.
- Perform mold remediation as needed to ensure a safe living environment.
- Hang doors and install fixtures with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks, including plastering and heavy lifting.

- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe for both workers and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues that may arise.
Experience
- Must be able to read a tap measure.
- Must have experience with customer service and know how to maintain professionalism with the homeowner.
- Proven experience in remodeling in required.
- Familiarity with framing, pluming and electric is a plus.
- Strong skills in door hanging, remodeling, heavy lifting, plastering, and installation of various components.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols related to construction work is essential.
