- Lead, train, and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure top performance and professional development
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control of service jobs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor department performance metrics and support revenue growth through upselling and service agreements
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and operational expenses efficiently
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- HVAC certification or trade school education preferred; EPA certification is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and repair techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Availability for extended hours or weekends as needed
