Who are we looking for?
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for showing customers the inventory. You will assist guest throughout their car buying experience by listening to their needs and finding them the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget. Through this process you will be assisting with test drives, providing competitive pricing, negotiating to close deals, recommend additional products and services, assist with delivery and set up of their new vehicle, and promptly follow-up to continue to build your book of business!
• Provided accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing options, warranties, and after-sales services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Effectively managed the entire sales process from initial contact through delivery ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers
• Built and maintained a strong client base through exceptional customer service and follow-up, resulting in a high rate of repeat business
• Manage business Facebook page with posting and communicating with customers.
• Provide customer service with answering phones, to greeting customers as well as taking care of their service needs.
