Maintenance Technician
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of facilities, equipment, and machinery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot issues efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC issues

Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition

Assist with inspections, facility upkeep, and general repairs

Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as needed

Install, repair, or replace fixtures, parts, and components

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and understand basic diagrams, manuals, and instructions

Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of industrial or warehouse equipment

Experience with preventive maintenance programs

Basic computer skills for logging work orders
