Machine Operator – $18+
A North Greenville manufacturer is seeking skilled Machine Operators who brings more than basic operational knowledge to the role. We’re looking for individuals who understand the machining process end-to-end—operation, programming, tooling, inspection, troubleshooting—and who take pride in producing high-quality parts with minimal scrap. What You’ll Do
- Operate, monitor, and program CNC and conventional machines under the guidance of lead machinists.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and setup sheets to perform precise machining.
- Select, set up, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters.
- Troubleshoot machining issues quickly to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.
- Ensure production focuses on good parts, not just part counts.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Document inspections, maintain quality records, and report deviations immediately.

- Take ownership of both production and inspection
- Identify and resolve issues proactively before they create scrap or downtime.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, lead machinists, and team members.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
