Construction Support Worker (Crawl Space Specialist)
Location: Upstate South Carolina
Pay: Competitive

About the Role
We’re hiring a Construction Support Worker to assist with projects in crawl spaces and under residential structures. This role is hands-on and requires someone comfortable working in tight, confined areas and physically demanding conditions.
Responsibilities
- Work in crawl spaces and under homes
- Assist with installation of moisture barriers, insulation, and drainage systems
- Perform general labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Support technicians and skilled trades on job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
