Business Development Representative – Outside Sales
We are looking for individuals with a competitive mindset for our Business Development Specialist—former college athletes, goal-driven professionals, team players, and those motivated by performance and unlimited income potential to grow our client base throughout the Upstate
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Build relationships with business owners and hiring managers.
- Identify workforce needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Meet sales goals and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service.
