Express Employment is now hiring for an Installer in the Lexington, SC area paying $16-$18 an hour. This role is Mondy - Friday the hours range from 8am - 4pm. You would be working on residential glass installs (like shower doors), heavy equipment glass repair/replacement and any industrial glass.
Job Duties:
- Will learn how to cut, sand, fabricate, and install glass.
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Locate and provide tools
- Maintain inventory in truck and clean it out as needed
- Needs math and measuring skills (read tape measure, add/subtract, fractions)
- Travel within 40-mile radius of office.
- Do both ends of glass repair on crane in industrial setting to a shower install in a home.
Best if have:
- Carpentry knowledge
- Mechanical knowledge
- Use of hand tools
- Familiarity with power tools
- Read Tape measure
Dress code: steel toes and long pants best (needed for most jobs). should be well kept but may get dirty depending on project.
