Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Installer to assist senior technicians with residential and commercial installs. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with a growing company that values reliability and a strong work ethic.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (Weekends are rare)
Pay: $17-$19hr depending on experience
What You'll Do:
- Assist senior techs with installation projects
- Load/unload tools and materials
- Follow safety guidelines on-site
- Provide basic customer support and jobsite prep
- May occasionally drive company truck (valid driver's license required)
What to Wear:
- Tennis shoes or work boots
- Shorts or pants
- T-shirts are fine (uniform shirts will be provided)
Requirements:
- Must pass drug screen
- Background check required (no violent or drug-related charges)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- 1+ year of experience in HVAC installation or service (residential or commercial)
- EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to read and follow installation instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
