Commercial & Residential Painting Local Columbia Work
Job Overview:
- An established and reputable painting company in Columbia, SC is hiring experienced Painters for commercial and residential projects. We are looking for team players who take pride in their work and maintain a professional appearance.
Pay & Schedule:
Starting Pay: $17/hour
Pay Review: After 90 days
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Work Location: On-site (primarily downtown Columbia)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of painting experience (commercial and/or residential)
Skilled in:
- Brush and roller applications
- Spray techniques
- Staining
- Caulking
- Surface prep for primer and paint
- Must have own basic hand tools (e.g., caulk gun, brushes, painters pants, etc.)
- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team
- Must wear painter whites and company-provided shirts
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
Additional Requirements:
- Valid South Carolina driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Must meet at job sites (no central shop pickup)
- Work is primarily commercial and within the Columbia area
