Job Title: Internal IT Liaison / Executive Assistant
Location: Central Office Columbia, SC Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $45,000 $65,000 (Based on experience)
About the Role: - We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Internal IT Liaison / Executive Assistant. This hybrid position combines high-level administrative support with IT coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - You will work closely with executive leadership to support day-to-day operations while serving as a key point of contact between staff and IT service providers. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and confident navigating both administrative and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Duties: - Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare reports, presentations, and internal correspondence on behalf of leadership - Organize internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items - Maintain confidential files, contact lists, and sensitive documentation - Support project tracking, prioritization, and administrative follow-through
Internal IT Liaison Duties: - Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT needs and issues - Track, document, and escalate IT service tickets; follow through to resolution - Coordinate with internal IT staff and external MSPs (Managed Service Providers) - Manage IT inventory, user accounts, and handle onboarding/offboarding tasks - Assist with software/hardware provisioning, renewals, and license tracking - Support basic troubleshooting (e.g., login issues, email setup, printer problems) - Identify recurring tech challenges and recommend training or process improvements
Qualifications
Required: - 3+ years of experience in executive support, IT coordination, or office operations - Strong technical literacy; comfortable with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and help desk platforms - Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical users - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Preferred: - Experience in a professional office environment - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT compliance - Familiarity with platforms such as Jira, Asana, Zendesk, or Freshdesk - Prior experience working with IT vendors or managed service providers
