- 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm $16.42
- 3rd shift 11:00pm - 7:30am $16.67

Job Summary
- The Assembler is responsible for assembling components or full assemblies according to production plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires use of hand and power tools, attention to detail, ability to follow work instructions and blueprints, and consistent productivity. Assemblers may also be involved in inspection, minor adjustments, and maintaining work area organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble product parts and components in accordance with production/assembly guidelines and drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, fasteners, and/or fixtures as required for assembly tasks
- Perform spot checks and basic inspections on assemblies to ensure quality and detect defects
- Verify that materials and parts are available and correct before starting work
- Report issues with parts, tools, or equipment (defects, shortages, malfunctions) immediately to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow 5S or similar housekeeping standards
- Complete assembly documentation (tickets, logs, quality check sheets) fully and accurately
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
- Support production flow by being flexible with tasks, cross-training, and assisting team members as needed
- Assist with minor adjustments, setup, or basic maintenance of assembly tools or equipment
- Adhere to shift schedule and productivity standards

Qualifications & Skills

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand/power tools
- Manual dexterity: able to handle small parts and perform precise work
- Ability to read/interpret basic work instructions, job orders, and possibly simple blueprints or drawings
- Good vision (including ability to distinguish colors, close-up detail)
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality focus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, lift (parts or tools up to ~50lbs), and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environment
- Familiarity with quality and safety systems (ISO, 5S, etc.)
- Experience with documentation and basic record keeping
- Ability to troubleshoot minor assembly or tool issues
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or flexible hours when needed

Working Conditions
- Indoors in a manufacturing/assembly environment
- Exposure to typical plant conditions: noise, dust, temperature changes
- Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching
- Repetitive motion tasks
