Production Operator
Company Overview:
We manufacture high-quality metal sealing products, including O-rings of various types. Our products undergo welding, plating, and coating processes to meet strict quality standards.
Job Summary:
- The Manufacturing Finishing Technician is responsible for performing finishing and inspection operations on metal seal products. This role involves hand polishing, grit blasting, product preparation, and detailed quality inspection. The work is highly repetitive and requires strong attention to detail and good eyesight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand polish metal parts to remove slight imperfections using pads
- Inspect small metal components for quality and finish
- Prepare coated metal rings (green Teflon-coated) by placing them on racks
- Operate a grit blasting box to remove excess material or surface defects
- Perform final finishing steps after coating and baking processes (handled by another team)
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Proven attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Training:
- On-the-job training provided
- Work directly with Team Lead, Anthony
Safety & Work Environment:

- No cell phones or headphones allowed on the floor
Dress Code:
- Shorts or t-shirts permitted
- Steel-toe footwear required (protective shoe covers provided if needed)
- No drawstrings, loose clothing, or jewelry
- Hair must be tied back
