osition: CDL Septic Service Technician (Class A or B)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (Weekends & emergency rotation)
Pay: $25/hour (Regular Time)
Location: Gaston, South Carolina 29053
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Driver (Class A or B) to join our septic service team. This is a hands-on position responsible for operating specialized vacuum equipment, servicing septic systems, and ensuring safe transport and disposal of waste. The ideal candidate will take pride in quality work, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment
-Operate PTO vacuum pump systems safely and efficiently
-Travel to job sites and locate/uncover septic tank lids
-Connect and manage heavy extraction hoses
-Pump and remove liquid and solid waste without spills
-Monitor gauges and ensure complete tank clean-out
-Transport waste to approved wastewater treatment facilities
-Clean and sanitize truck and equipment after each job
-Communicate with customers regarding services and basic system conditions
-Complete paperwork and/or mobile invoicing as required
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Weekend and emergency calls on a rotating basis
Requirements:
-Class A or B CDL required
-Tanker endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)
-Ability to perform physically demanding work
-Strong attention to safety and detail
-Good communication and customer service skills
