Job Title: General Laborer
Pay: $20/hour
Duration: Immediate start through April (34 week project)
Start Type: Quick start
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Potential for Saturday shifts as needed
Job Summary:
We are hiring General Laborers for a short-term project supporting plant operations and site preparation. You will work alongside the Safety & EHS Manager and report to the acting Plant Manager/Operations Supervisor. This role is critical in preparing the facility for an upcoming executive board tour.
Responsibilities:
- Spread gravel and assist with site prep
- Perform general cleanup of the facility
- Shovel materials as needed
- Assist with painting tasks
- Support basic landscaping, including planting grass
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Dress Code & PPE:
- Steel-toe boots required
- Long pants and short-sleeve shirts required
- Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety vest provided
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor in an industrial/outdoor setting
- Drug screen required
- Background check required (case-by-case basis; no violent, theft, or sexual offenses)
