Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Near Shop Rd, Columbia, SC Pay: $16.00+/hr Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-Hour Lunch)
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers and handling inbound phone calls. This role supports daily office operations through data entry, order processing, and general administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. -Greet and assist walk-in customers. -Take customer orders over the phone and enter them accurately. -Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. -Complete light administrative and clerical duties. -Assist with repricing items as needed. -Maintain organized customer records and office files. -Provide excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations. -Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
