Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Wood Crate Assembler for a full-time opportunity in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling wooden crates used to ship and transport vertical storage units. The role requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble wooden crates and related components according to standardized work instructions.
-Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
-Load, unload, and store packaging materials as needed.
-Follow production specifications and assembly procedures.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Manufacturing experience is preferred.
-Forklift experience is a plus.
-Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs.
