GENERAL LABORER BLOCK PLANT | $15.00/HR
Express Employment Professionals are seeking a General Laborer to support concrete block production operations by sorting products, performing quality inspections, assisting with machinery, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role works in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Shift: 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Average of 55 hours weekly
Key Responsibilities:
* Stood at the end of the production line sorting concrete blocks
* Inspected finished products for quality and damage
* Assisted with machine operation and production processes
* Monitored products as they were stacked onto pallets
* Performed daily equipment cleaning using pressure washers and jackhammers
* Maintained a clean and organized production area
* Assisted team members with various production tasks as needed
Worksite Policies & Highlights:
* Extremely hot, dirty, and dusty manufacturing environment
* Highly physical position requiring standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
* Steel toe boots required
* Overtime opportunities available with average workweeks of 55 hours
