Pipefitter/Assembler – $16-$18/hr
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a pipefitter/assembler for a local compressed air producer in Maryville, TN.
Pipefitter/Assembler Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut steel pipe
- Weld vessels to brackets and sometimes weld brackets to vessels
- Create cut lists per the mechanical drawings provided
- Assemble threaded pipes
- Read mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings
- Use hand tools to assemble piping according to diagrams provided
Pipefitter/Assembler Qualifications:
- Must be able to read a tape measure
Pipefitter/Assembler Shift:
- Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Full-time
