Packing Supervisor $50-55k/yr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Packing Supervisor for a company in Loudon, TN.

Packing Supervisor Responsibilities:

• All phases of the packing function required to plan and package daily customer orders
• Making sure proper procedures are in place and being followed for employee safety, product quality, packing efficiency
• Directing and motivating crew members in plant meetings and company objectives.
• Utilizing Continuous Improvement processes to drive improvements and manage cost control.

Packing Supervisor Qualifications:

• Bilingual- Spanish and English
• Food Facility experience
• Supervisor experience

Packing Supervisor Shift: 1st shift

• Full Time
