Machine Maintenance Technician – $19-25/hr (depending on experience)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician for a local Plastics Manufacturer in Loudon, TN.
Machine Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plastic manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs without disrupting workflow.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Machine Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician, preferably in a plastics manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Dipolma or equivalent
