Picker/Harvester– $12.00+ per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals are hiring Picker/Harvesters for a local company in Loudon, TN.

 

Picker/Harvesters Responsibilities:

• Harvest mushrooms by hand according to size, quality, and customer requirements.
• Inspect mushrooms for defects and sort them appropriately.
• Pack mushrooms into containers while maintaining proper weight and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the harvesting area.
• Record harvest data as needed for tracking and quality control.

 

Picker/Harvesters Qualifications:

• Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a team.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus in some locations due to team composition
• Lift up to 50lbs

Picker/Harvesters Shift:

• 1^st shift Monday-Friday, 6am till production is met
• Full-Time
