Customer Service/Retail Associate - $16
A local company in Gatlinburg is seeking friendly and energetic Retail & Photo Associates to join their team. This role combines customer service, retail sales, and photography support in a fast-paced, tourist-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and photo selections
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Capture and process guest photos using company equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive guest experience
Customer Service/Retail Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic photography knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work any shift between 9am to 9pm
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or entertainment settings a plus
- Familiarity with photo editing or printing software
- Bilingual skills a plus
Customer Service/Retail Shift:
- Open hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm.
- Flexible schedule and hours (Full time).
