Now Hiring: Industrial Electrical Technician – Alcoa, TN
Express Employment Professionals of Blount County is partnering with a large, preferred employer in Alcoa, TN to fill a Industrial Electrical Technician role.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: $35–$43/hr
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating 2on-2off-3on or 5on-2off schedules (must be available for both day and night shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading
- PLC programming and diagnostics (hands-on, solo work)
- Support and lead electrical projects (40% of workload)
- Work with control systems (Rockwell or Siemens experience preferred)
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience
- Strong PLC and control system skills
- Previous union experience is a plus
