Picker/Harvester– $12.00+ per hour
Express Employment Professionals are hiring Picker/Harvesters for a local company in Loudon, TN.
Picker/Harvesters Responsibilities:
- Harvest mushrooms by hand according to size, quality, and customer requirements.
- Inspect mushrooms for defects and sort them appropriately.
- Pack mushrooms into containers while maintaining proper weight and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the harvesting area.
- Record harvest data as needed for tracking and quality control.
Picker/Harvesters Qualifications:
- Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a team.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus in some locations due to team composition
- Lift up to 50lbs
Picker/Harvesters Shift:
- 1st shift Monday-Friday, 6am till production is met
- Full-Time
