Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives - $17/hour
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for multiple Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives.
Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including handling emails and phone calls effectively.
- Manage diverse customer inquiries, including escrow details, payments, and loan maintenance, while referencing training materials and system tools.
- Maintain service-level expectations, adapting to varying call volumes and fast paced workflows, particularly during peak times or after new account transfers.
- Keep detailed and personalized notes to aid in call resolution and training.
- Organize and maintain information for quick reference during calls.
- Follow assigned schedules, ensuring punctuality and adherence to break and lunch timing.
- Communicate technical or training needs proactively to management.
- Manage calls effectively by multitasking, typing notes while speaking, and resolving customer concerns in real-time
Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives Qualifications:
- Meet the assigned minimum number of phone calls/attempts/accounts per day.
- Typing score of 45 WPM.
- Good tenure at previous jobs (2+ years in a relevant field).
- Maintain attention to detail in data entry and recording conversations.
- Ability to work independently from home in a quiet, uninterrupted environment.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure information is easily accessible and utilized effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representatives Shift:
- Required hours are Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- One Saturday shift every four weeks (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and a compensatory day off the following week.
