Smokehouse Operator - $15.50 per hour
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Smokehouse Operator for a local company in Lenoir City, TN
Smokehouse Operator Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products into and out of ovens.
- Work to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Verify work and storage areas are maintained, safe, clean and organized.
- Monitor each smokehouse and product cook for accurate cooking process.
- Understand product thickness to adjust smokehouse process to properly adjust cooking procedures.
Smokehouse Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent documentation
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Smokehouse Operator Shift:
- 3rd Shift
- Full-time
- Overtime if necessary
