Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a powder coater
Responsibilities:
- Prepare aluminum doors for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
- Operate powder-coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply coating evenly and consistently to meet quality specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper curing
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for the full shift
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Shift Details:
- 5am - 2:30pm
- Monday-Friday
