Guest Services Support - $16/hr
Express Employment is hiring for a Guest Services Support in Sevierville, TN.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and resolve customer concerns
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promote services
- Maintain accurate records
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
- Guest Services experience required (2-3 years)
- Comfortable with computer work
- Exceptional Customer Service experience
Shift:
- 9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PM
- Weekend availability required
