Pay: $19.75 per hour + overtime, raises earned
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (required)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician for a well-established industrial manufacturing facility in Alcoa. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates with prior lab experience who enjoy working with testing equipment, quality data, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform routine quality testing, sampling, and analysis
- Prepare and test industrial samples using lab equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and perform safety checks
- Verify test results, identify variances, and conduct control checks
- Calibrate instruments and assist with preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot lab equipment and testing issues
- Compile, calculate, audit, and verify quality data
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all quality procedures
- Work closely with production teams to support quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Previous laboratory experience
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a heavy industrial environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
Preferred (not required):
- SAP experience
- Prior manufacturing or industrial lab background
