HVAC Laborer - $15/hr  

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an HVAC Laborer for a local Heat & Air Company in Sweetwater, TN.  

 

HVAC Laborer Responsibilities: 

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components 
• Maintain a clean and organized job site 
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures 
• Support technicians with tools, measurements, and basic tasks 
• Perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces 

HVAC Laborer Qualifications:  

• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions 
• Willingness to learn and take direction 
• Prior HVAC or construction experience a plus, but not required 

HVAC Laborer Shift: 

• 1st shift, 8am-4:30pm 
• Mon-Fri 
• Full-time
