Carpenter Assistant – $16.00+ per hour
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for Carpenter Assistant local company in Sevier County, TN.
Carpenter Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and construction materials.
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects.
- Support framing, trim work, installations, repairs, and remodeling projects.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
Carpenter Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn carpentry and construction techniques.
- Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
