Chattanooga based job shop, machine shop.
Position Details:
Set-up, operate and program brake press / press brake. Operating brake press, turret press, and shear machines. Training for other machines would be possible. MUST be able to read tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch and have a solid grasp of basic math. Knowledge of various types of material such as hot roll, hot roll P&O, stainless steel, brass, and copper would be a preferred but not required.
Skills Required:
Must have some machine operator experience (brake press preferred)
Must be able to read tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
Must be good with basic math
Positions start at $22 per hour.
