Job Full Description
Our client, a well-established tree service company, is looking for a skilled Aerial Lift Operator to join their team. This role involves safely and efficiently operating bucket trucks for residential and commercial tree work. If you're passionate about arboriculture and enjoy outdoor work, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Operate aerial lift/bucket truck for tree trimming, pruning, and removals.

Assist ground crew with rigging, cleanup, and job site setup.

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe daily operation.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
-
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).

Minimum of 1–2 years experience operating aerial lifts or bucket trucks.

Familiarity with tree service operations and safety standards.
-
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-
ISA Certification or formal arborist training is a plus.
