Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable HVAC Helper with a valid EPA certification to assist our technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will support the lead installer with job site preparation, equipment setup, ductwork installation, and cleanup while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of HVAC units and related components

Help transport, position, and secure equipment and materials

Perform basic electrical and refrigerant tasks under supervision

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:

EPA Certification (required)

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license preferred
