Responsibilities:

Process and manage all incoming and outgoing payments

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and time management skills
-
Real estate industry experience is a plus
