Skilled Carpenter
Location: Cleveland, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $24–$26/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in carpentry, including measuring, cutting, framing, installation, and finishing work. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well independently or on a team, and consistently delivers quality results.
Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of carpentry work, including framing, trimming, and finishing

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately

Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other fixtures

Apply caulking, sealants, and finishing materials as needed

Read and interpret blueprints or project drawings
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Assist in training or guiding carpenter helpers when necessary
Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled carpenter or equivalent trade experience

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials

Ability to read and follow blueprints and measurements accurately

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Must be dependable and punctual (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift)
