Now Hiring: Lead HVAC Technician
We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to take charge of residential and/or commercial HVAC installations and ongoing maintenance. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and knows how to keep systems running efficiently and customers satisfied.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC system installations, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and to code.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs as needed.

Oversee job quality and support team members on-site when required.

Communicate clearly with customers about system performance, maintenance needs, and recommendations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with leadership or lead technician experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Valid driver’s license required.

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.

Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
