General Laborer – Retail Store Remodel
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + mileage reimbursement

Job Overview
We are hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with an upcoming retail store remodel project. This role supports construction and installation crews in updating and improving retail store spaces. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.
Compensation
Responsibilities

Assist with demolition and removal of fixtures, shelving, and displays

Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

Support installation of shelving, displays, and store fixtures

Perform general site clean-up and debris removal
-
Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

Help maintain a clean and organized work area

Travel to assigned retail store locations as needed
Qualifications
-
Previous construction, remodeling, or labor experience preferred (not required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or overnight shifts (common in retail remodels)

Strong work ethic and punctuality
