Oil Technician – Dayton, TN

Pay: Starting at $11/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (one weekday off)
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Oil Technician to join a fast-paced automotive service team in the Dayton, TN area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light-duty preventive maintenance on personal and fleet vehicles, including:
- Full-service oil changes
- Engine and cabin air filter replacements
- Wiper blade replacements
- Fluid exchange services
- Tire pressure checks and adjustments
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and product benefits to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
