NOW HIRING: 2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR
Location: Cleveland, TN
Shift: 2nd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Employment: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting, working with equipment, and keeping things running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Operate manufacturing machines and equipment
• Perform basic maintenance and small repairs
• Troubleshoot machine issues and help prevent downtime
• Monitor production and make sure products meet quality standards
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety and production procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous machine operating experience is preferred — but NOT required!
We’re also interested in candidates who have:
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with tools or machinery
• A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
