Carpenter (Project-Based) – Benton, TN
We are seeking an experienced carpenter for a project role in Benton. This position involves building a deck and requires prior carpentry experience.
Pay: $18+/hour
Schedule: Start at 8:00 AM until work is completed each day
Duration:Full Tim
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other building materials.
- Perform framing for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, molding, and countertops.
- Hang and finish drywall.
- Perform finish carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, and trim work.
- Build and repair structures, fixtures, and furniture.
- Use hand and power tools safely and accurately.
- Perform demolition and remodeling work.
- Complete basic repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and building standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Previous carpentry experience required
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Reliable and able to work until daily tasks are finished
