Foam Gluer/Wrapper & Baler Operator
Location: Cleveland, TN 37312
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Foam Gluer/Wrapper & Baler Operator to join a busy foam warehouse. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work with foam products, operate cutting and gluing equipment, and prepare materials for shipping and storage.
What You’ll Do

Cut foam to specified sizes and dimensions.

Operate equipment used to glue, wrap, and bale foam products.

Measure foam accurately to ensure products meet specifications.

Apply glue safely and properly according to production requirements.

Inspect finished foam products for quality and accuracy.

Wrap, bale, stack, and organize foam materials.
-
Safely move materials throughout the warehouse.

Keep your work area clean and organized.

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Work with team members and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently.
What We’re Looking For

Reliable and dependable work ethic.

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.

Experience working with foam, cutting equipment, or gluing equipment is helpful but not required.

Comfortable using measuring tools and following specific measurements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent work.

Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and lifting/moving materials as needed.
