Marketing & Operations Support Manager
Marketing degree and/or experience desired but not required.
Pay Range based on experience: $18.00-$23.00
We are seeking a Marketing and Operations Support Manager. Someone who is energetic, organized, creative, and a team player would be a good fit. This position is at the very heart of our company. Through teamwork and coordination with other departments the goal is to build the brand in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities include:
Managing Marketing and Promotional Window Implementation
Includes communicating with marketing memos, ordering point of sale merchandising, managing retail pricing and menu board layouts, attending training sessions with operations, and preparing Product Mix and After-Action Reports
Managing Advertising Elements
Includes maintaining Co-op Advertising billings, radio and television ads, billboard messaging, online ordering applications, and in-store point of sale.
Quarterly Newsletter
Compile company news and accomplishments and publish a quarterly newsletter. Experience with graphic design and/or CANVA or similar, desired but not required.
Manage Community Relations, Donations and Sponsorships
Responsible for building goodwill with customers and community partners, and coordinating discounted sales, donations and sponsorships.
Employee Recognition and Retention
Collaborates with Operations and Performance Development to maintain Performance Scoreboard reporting to be used in the incentive program for Operations management. This includes collecting and maintaining audit results from various entities to be used for assessing performance at the restaurant and district levels.
