Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in the construction of sheds and tiny homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly and construction of sheds and tiny homes.

Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling areas for construction.

Follow safety guidelines and work under the supervision of experienced crew members.

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and cleaning the job site.

Work with a team to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects.

Assist with material inventory and ensure job sites are organized.
Requirements:

No prior construction experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
