General Labor / Rack Installer

Job Description

We are currently hiring General Laborers / Rack Installers for a 2–3 week project in Cleveland, TN. This is a hands-on position involving the installation and assembly of warehouse racking systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and assembly of warehouse storage racks

• Use basic hand and power tools safely

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials

• Follow directions from supervisors and installation leads

• Work safely while lifting, carrying, and positioning materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous construction, warehouse, racking, or general labor experience is a plus

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry materials as required

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Must be willing to work a day-shift schedule for the duration of the project
