We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements in equipment reliability.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
