Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and general account needs.
- Provide friendly and professional service.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department when needed.
- Clerical Support
- Enter and update customer information in computer systems.
- Maintain files and organize paperwork.
- Complete basic office tasks and data entry.
- Payments & Loan Assistance
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Provide receipts and maintain payment records.
- Assist customers with basic loan application forms and collect required documents.
Physical Requirements:
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
