Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville and Dickson are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and efficient candidates for a National Accounts Service Administrator to provide clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the Company. This position will pay $17 + / hour, and the hours are M-F 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing and billing processing with distributors and customers
- Track the status of website work orders
- Research payment history
- Contact customers for website entry issues
- Contact service providers and distributors for invoice corrections, questions or missing invoices
- Research invoice disputes- enter credits when applicable
- File warranty and disbursements on service provider invoices
- Vendor set up for new service providers or address changes of current providers
- Ensure quotes are sent as needed by customer request prior to billing
- Reconcile data spreadsheets with distributors
- Track distributor invoices to be paid
Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
- Fluent in typing. SAP experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills via written and oral
