Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable, efficient, and industrious candidates for a General Labor position with a Metal Fabricator in McEwen, TN. This position will pay $15 per hour and the hours are M-F from 7:00 A.M.- 3:30 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for measuring, cutting, and stacking sheet metal
- Utilize hand tools and tape measure
- Assist in placing the insulation on the back of metal sheets and securing it with fasteners
- Remove scrap metal
- Assist anywhere in production area
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Capable of moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have good organizational skills
- Familiar with nail guns and saws
- Able to occasionally work in insulation
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting products above the shoulders if necessary
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steeled toed shoes/boots and safety glasses
